Getting back in the swing

Hi all

Apologies for being A.W.O.L.

So much to do, and not enough time in the world for it all!

May is exam time for the boys, which for number two sproglet is a difficult time. He is a good wee soul but revision requires many, many hours / days. Unfortunately he is unable to concentrate and study on his own, so most of my spare time has been spent with him. This weekend has seen an end to the studying and the sproglets have been to parties and sleepovers.Yippee. Mr Perfect treated me to dinner to cheer me up. Yum.

It seems so long since the Altered Art 2 class and I said I would post a picture of the brooch.

The new class is the double easel using Stella and Rose papers, Craftwork Cards toppers, Martha Stewart and Fiskars punches and Nestibilities.



Using up the offcuts



I promised Lesley that I would post a smiley picture of her to make up for the last one. This was the first class that finished on time and Lesley was justfiably pleased with her creation.

I'm off now to play with some of the crafting goodies that I bought on holiday as I spent the afternoon throwing 4 bags of rubbish/no longer required stuff, out of my craft room and tidying up.
