All's Well....

Hope you all had a great weekend, I know I did.
Much to my relief, Saturday mornings Easel Box Card went really well and came in more or less on time. No stress, though it did take me several hours on Friday to cut most of the pieces to size.

Smiling and not stressed.
Linda, May, Liz, Jan, Agnes, Liz and Jane

I have to say though that they were eerily quiet!!! Which is not like some of them (you know who you are), almost no Christmas carols whatsoever.

After the ladies had gone it was all change for the Tim Holtz Artful Flight class on Sunday. It's been more than a year since the shop has run a longer class. I really enjoy them as it is a chance to play with the products and create some art.

Inky and painty

Gaynor spent the afternoon dishing out copious amounts of advice, gloves, baby wipes and kitchen towels. My apologies to the lovely Suzanne who appears to be missing from my photos.

The pitch at half -time!

My piece

The class was a big hit (more to do with Tim's design and the fab Ranger products). Looking forward to seeing some of the ladies returning for our metal class on Sunday 22nd April.
If you were unable to secure a place on this very popular Artful Flight class, please contact the shop (0141 883 6855) as we will be repeating this workshop due to the demand for places.

There will be a weeks break over Easter then the classes will resume on Saturday 14th April. The 3D pop-up card will feature the new Molly Bloom Circus stamps.

Time for a spot of housework

  1. Hi Karen,
I've found your blog & subscribed & look forward to following your life in ink, stamps, Tim, etc.
I just loved your class last Sunday; it was fun, instructive & you were patient & kind. My 'Tim' piece has pride of place in my living-room.
I hope to learn more from you soon.
    Best wishes, Bessie.
